Indian River is located right between Mullett and Burt Lakes and the middle of Michigan's famed Inland Waterway. There are also several great trout streams in the area like the Pigeon River, Sturgeon River and Jordan River, all Blue Ribbon Trout Streams! Burt and Mullett are great fishing lakes with walleye, perch, pike, muskie, bass, and steelhead some of the more abundant species. These same waterways offer many fine boating adventures through lakes, rivers and locks with many fuel stops and fine dining along the way. Don't forget to check out the world's Smallest Swing Bridge over Crooked River in Alanson, and bring your camera!
