Reservations:
  When a Guest places a reservation with Brentwood Lodging accommodations according to Guest’s request will be made available. The accommodations will be held for the guest until the time of arrival stated by the guest. If not stated by the guest the reservations will be canceled at 6:00 PM.


Deposit Policy: 
  A deposit equal up to one nights stay plus taxes is required to confirm any reservation. Brentwood Lodging accepts Master Card, Visa, cash or personal checks for payment of deposits. A deposit will be applied to the final night's stay of the reservation. Brentwood Lodging reserve the right to require a minimum night's stay during peak periods.

Cancellation Policy:
  All cancellations will be charged a $50.00 non refundable processing fee. Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit minus the $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations received 2 to 13 days prior to arrival will receive no refund of the deposit . Cancellations received less than 7 days, or a no show, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Smoking policy:
  All buildings at Brentwood Lodging are smoke free inside. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be assessed if smoking occurs inside any building at Brentwood Lodging.
